Join us for a fun weekend of friends and dressage! Pan Am Silver Medalist Roberta Byng-Morris brings her passion for classical dressage and positive coaching style to riders at the lower levels.
Roberta’s dressage journey began at age 11, when she watched the 1976 Montreal Olympics at Bromont and fell in love with the sport. Growing up in the Quebec countryside, she began riding at age seven and eventually made the permanent switch from eventing to dressage at 14, drawn to its precision and artistry. She built her early career riding Thoroughbreds, Quarter Horses, and Arabians, learning to develop horses from the ground up out of necessity, and turning that necessity into one of her greatest strengths.
Her dedication paid off with back-to-back national titles: Junior Canadian Champion in 1983, Quebec Medium Champion in 1984, and Reserve Young Rider Canadian Champion in 1986. She trained her own horses through the…
