Announcing the Inaugural OADG ESD Series Championship — September 12 at Westar Farms

OADG is thrilled to announce a brand-new milestone for our community: the Inaugural OADG ESD Series Championship, hosted in partnership with Westar Farms on Saturday, September 12, 2026. This is your chance to showcase everything you and your horse have achieved this season, competing at a premier venue alongside the Eastern Silver and Gold Championships.

We want to see our ESD competitors riding down that centreline — and we want as many of you there as possible.

Championship Classes at Every Level

ESD Championship classes will be offered at every level from Introductory through Fourth Level, so no matter where you and your horse are in your journey, there's a class for you.

Eligibility

The OADG ESD Series Championship is open to all current ESD series competitors — OADG membership is not required. If you've been competing in the ESD series this season, you're already on your way to qualifying.

How to Qualify

To qualify for the Championship, competitors must have earned:

A minimum of two scores at the applicable level
Both scores from the 2026 competition season
Both scores may be earned at the same show
Scores must be from OADG-sanctioned ESD series shows

Awards

Champion and Reserve Champion ribbons will be awarded in every division. Champions will also take home an OADG bridle bag — a beautiful keepsake to mark this inaugural year.
